Title: CV14 Won't accept new course.

Currently CV14 will not allow taking command or changing it's current course. CV90 points to object 14 as it's port currently, which is not a field but CV14. So CV90 when sunk re-spawns as a bishop CV.

Once CV14 was sunk control was returned while CV90 is still pointing to CV14 as it's port.
