 This is a must have in addition to the editor and help file from the HTC downloads section. AKwabbits BMP2MAP is a handy program also.

 I'm assembling a help file in PDF format, but right now I'm crunched for time due to a scenario map I'm trying to complete. When I get it done I'll finish and upload the PDF.
