Since we have the C and the G. What about the F?
Pilots typically felt the Bf 110F to be the best of the 110 line, being fully aerobatic and in some respects smoother to fly than the Bf 109, though not as fast.
-
the 110g-2 was better than the f
-
You basing that on our cartoon planes or some pilots that flew it?

Maybe give the C the engines and climb rate of the G and call it the F?
(it's probably a good idea that I don't have access to the code) I'd come up with all sorts of crazy combinations hehe

Personally I'd like to see the "C" get the 30mm central cannon and the "G" get the 37mm central cannon.

If we just had the 2X 20mm + 4X7mm gun loadout, the G would be useful in more events. The 30mm make it OP in most cases.

Pretty sure the CiC's can disable that loadout but it's been awhile.
Some 110C's had the 30mmMk101 cannon and some G's had the BK3.7,not sure of the loadout of the Mk101 but the BK had 66 rounds...... :x

All weapon loads on the HA 110G have the 2X 20mm + 2X 30mm base load. There is no way to not have 30mm cannons in AH
Initial 110 production historically had 2x Mg151/20 cannons and 4x Mg17 machine guns. Later, the Mg17's were replaced with the Mk 108 30mm cannons.

Ya I wasnt 100% sure,as I said it's been awhile and I'd have to check the loadouts.

Might as well throw the E in there too while you're at it.

In the MA, the F series might increase the numbers of 110 seen by a little bit. It's engines and weight would make it ACM in the realm of the Mossi6 but, slower in general. Still, it could be competitive in the MA, or you can up the G with 25% and droppers while having a superior gun package. I can't help get the impression from reviewing the history of the C-E variants that they were all dogs, and for scenarios, the C does fine as a dog 110 for all of them. That leads me to think the F is wanted for the fleeting possibility it might turn out to be an unexpected competitor in the MA while it's still sporting MG-FF 20mm. And 1-500 under the fuselage and 2-50 on each wing, the G carries more MA destruction power with more powerful engines.
Must have been a reason we got only the C and G.

I was basing it on this: (which I read on the internet so it must be true!)

I've kilt many a fool with a C that didn't expect me to be able to hang with them.

Yup. I remember N7 was also a killer in 110Cs. Part of it is the surprise factor; but, like many of the planes, you do have to master its characteristics to be good in it.
- oldman (who does not count himself among those who are good in the 110)

Aye. I'm no grand master. Like I said most of my kills have come with people getting sloppy cause they don't perceive it as a threat.
From what I read the F turns like the C but with more powerful engines. Sounds like fun to me.

Try the G with 25% and droppers. Even more powerful engines, larger rudders and faster. Just the weight getting in the way of maneuvering so, 25% and droppers. If you are feeling guilty at that point, take the small gun packaged and only shoot with the 2 MG151/20 as penance towards your uberhood.
C engines 1100hp and the differences in the 601 variations from the D-E still give you a dog ride. F engines 1350hp, G engines 1475hp, roughly 125hp, I can see why we got only the C and G. And why it's seductive to want a C style air frame with 250hp more oomph per engine in the MA. I can understand the scenario CM's hoping Hitech would introduce an F with 1350hp engines. In the MA, if you really want to be a 110 ace, the more engine the better as we all know how the MA works.
As is today, the MA makes a lot of pretty rides hanger queens due to the realities of the game.
I wonder if Lusche ever came up with tables showing the ROI on 3D models introduced into the MA. I doubt Hitech would ever tell us Waffle's yearly cost and what it costs to produce a new ride so Lusche could create the ROI graph. I suspect Hitech knows to the penny along with a good educated guess what the usage will end up being at least with airplanes. Tanks even threw me across creating 4 terrains to support them. I never expected the GV part of the game to become T34\85's are us, so I tried to help get other rides out of the hanger with fjordma. Actually saw some of those German jag cockroaches and turtles being used again on fjordma becasue the trees and topography encouraged their use. The MA in the air is pretty obvious in it's current generation of play style.

Just use the same artwork and give the C the extra horsepower and call it the F?

Must have been a reason we got only the C and G.
One could state the same about the early 190A5 and late A8, despite them combining to possibly be the least representative (and useful) pair of 190A models we could have gotten.
Sometimes the reason has nothing to do with logic.
