There was at least 2 squads that say they did not receive orders last week.

The CJs had their orders sent to precisely the same address twice.  They got them the second time.
There is a problem here, perhaps wider than initially appears.

When I send orders I place all the addresses in the BCC section so that the receivers only see their own.  This used to be a good way to bypass spam filters at both the ISP and local levels.

One player told me that it is rare for them to receive orders at all!  That worries me.   
When I have CIC duty I have found it frustrating thathalf of the squads either did not pay attention to the orders because they ostensibly had not received them or just opened them as they arrived in the arena having had them passed along late.

We do need a quick poll to determine if there is a problem.

I know that when I send you Aussies orders, I have to send them separately. Your servers do not like mass BCC's apparently. So, I generally send the orders to everyone via BCC and then send a copy to 9GIAP separately. Perhaps that is part of the issue? I mean not to single out the Australians, just the way it seems.
