Title: Can't change head position.

Online/offline plane or vehicle, can't change head position.  Did I lock or disable it somehow?

That may occur if you have assigned Move forward/backward/left/right to some analog slider on your controller. Or if Windows has for some reason done that by itself. Check the controller settings for movements, including your mouse.
