Title: September FSO Frame 2 Objectives

Frame 2 Objectives have been sent, sorry they were a day late.

Allied CiC: 364th C-Hawks
Axis CiC: JG 11

There was one change from Frame 1 to Frame 2: the Boston enters the arena for the rest of the event per the writeup page. Also, forgive the map's simplicity and general lack of aesthetic appeal. I am only capable of using MS Paint.
