Title: September FSO Frame 3 Objectives

Objectives have been sent.

Allied CiC: LCA
Axis CiC: Anti-Horde

There are changes to this frame as well, please take note. The P-40E and P-39Q minimums have been combined so that the 2 aircraft types have to equal 10 or more, similar to the Bf 110C and Ki-43. Also, the P-38G's maximum has been removed. Finally, A14, the Axis attack objective is an 11k base so plan accordingly.
