Can I update my credit card info OUTSIDE the game?

I had a credit card get shut down due to possible fraud but am out of town away from my gaming computer.

You should be able to, if nothing has changed since like 2010, though not sure how you going to do it if your not at the start page/main menu on your gaming computer.....

If the charge is denied I think you get a message where you can enter new CC information when you next log on. Otherwise call the office as mentioned or email billing@hitechcreations.com .

Hitech,

How about providing a link to HTC admin thru the BBS that is only accessible after physical sign in to the BBS forums as it is currently done thru the game client for another access route over the 'Net to admin?

Or a separate access link to HTC admin provided on the HTC web site's home page requiring a sign in using a player's same ingame ID & passcode to access it as used thru the game client?

Just a coupla thoughts.............
