Title: Custom Arena Mission Download Does Not Mark Item Downloaded In List

In a Custom Arena I went to "Staged Missions" | "Select Mission" and selected a mission I didn't have locally and hit download. 
I saw in the text buffer the download was complete.  However the mission list item was not marked "Downloaded" like it is in the mission list in other views.
Not a big deal but might be confusing due to inconsistency.
