Title: Problem with downtime data on clipboard

Today I was experiencing a problem when I had the clipboard up and a downtime list for a base displayed.  When I hit the  "T" key to talk on vox, the checking and unchecking of what objects you wanted to display starts jumping around and the display starts flickering.
