Title: Offline Pause

Offline Practice and Offline Mission ought to have a pause button available ('P' ?).

While paused the all simulation objects and sound in the game would are frozen.
However the while paused, the clipboard system still functions.  This would allow a player flying offline to pause and adjust settings in flight more conveniently.  Change mapping, etc.

While paused, perhaps the player could also raise the clipboard and  flip out the side panel and be able to choose from a list of quick tip videos of about 1 min length on very narrow help topics to review how to do something in the air when practicing.

Then unpause and give it a try.

I'm surprised I have not implanted it, it's all written and I use it in debug. Just need to hook the key to 1 function.
