Title: I can't resubscribe

Hello all,

very few of you may remember me as I canceled my subscription a few years ago due to not having the time or the technical equipment to play.

Now I would like to resubscribe, but somehow it doesn't work.
All mails sent from my GMX or from my Gmail-account don't get sent to billing@hitechcreations.com.
They always are returned with the note "Access denied".

What can I do?

Well heck, we want to see you back!  I'd call (817) 431 - 8840.  I've found hitech very responsive.   :cheers:

Ok, now it worked, but....

The first two mails from me on two various Mailproviders never reached HTC due to denial of access.
The on I sent from company got through and Hitech himself answered me on this.
So I decided to register with my company's mail address. The code that was sent to me then didn't work at
registration. Maybe it was because I was at home when the code arrived in my companys mailbox, I don't know.
The next day at home again I have registered two new mail addresses and tried to register with both.
And only one of the two received the confirmation code.

Now I am back.

In the end: I have tried to register from 5 different mail providers and out of the 2 codes I received only 1 worked.
Man, if it is so hard to subscribe, no wonder many won't do.
You need hard work and a lot of patience to do so.

Anyway, here I am, and if you see me in the skies, feel free to shoot me down.
But only if I am a red icon....  :D

I'm having this problem too. I never cancelled my sub since I started in 2018 though. I use the Steam version and the "Create Subscrip."  button is greyed out and cannot press it to resubscribe.

I emailed the billing email and Dale resolved my issue within an hour, and now I can play again!

Unfortunately, in the process of trying to solve this issue myself, I tried reinstalling Aces High to see if that would fix it, so now I gotta recalibrate everything and set up all my keybinds again :)
