Title: Perfect Night Time?

Trying to iron out the perfect night time,

Using the Rhnland Terrain, I mess with time, night length, even date (to adjust moon). Just having an awful time with the night horizon. There seems to be a dark band on the horizon between the terrain and the stars, shouldn't the stars go all the way to the horizon?

Messed with the visibility settings, but nothing seems to change on the dark band.

Setting the time anywhere between 10AM and 2PM is the perfect amount of night IMO.
