tonight I had 3 encounters with 13 tas at a 59.
The first I was at 20k n 59 when I spotted a dot co-alt. After some posturing for advantage we danced abit and the first 51 was soon joined ny another. We danced a bit more as I avoided a fight while my squaddied erlkonig grabbed and joined the fight. Another 51 soon join the fight. We danced and worked trying to get a gun solution, going back and forth finally I was bingo fuel and rtb'd.
Draw
Second engagement soon accurred after I refueled and upped 59. By now the 51s were lo and their were several friendlies near. Dg was on the 6 of 1 of them when I decided to follow him to keep his 6 clr.
Big mistake..........
I missed a higher 51 which dropped in on my 6 ripping my radiator........ we soon went into a rolling scissor which I was able to keep him from getting a kill shot. Although I was pinged several more times losing an elevator flap and my left gear.
Needless to say the first chance I got to seperate I bee lined for ack cover. My engine died just as the 51 broke off to avoid ack. S! to whoever that was.........
I was able to ditch (ovrshot runway) with belly landing. And then taunted my would be killer with a "No No 51 close but this 109 made it S!"
Bloodied but not broken
By this time the typical niki horde showed up lo at 51 and commenced their suicide strafing of the runway.(which is odd because some of these guys avoided the ack well enough to strafe spawners but wouldn't not take 3 sec to kill the ack.
3rd engagement I had upped 52 hoping to have some alt. When I got over 59 the fight was too lo for me to have vis id but I suspected the 13th tas wouldnt be suiciding the spawn point... :)
I went west a bit and spotted 3 dots in close formation on dar. As I got closer I saw I had about 3-4k alt on them. I got around on there hi six and went to attempt a bounce. I wasn't expecting to get much of a shot against these guys and soon release 2 stayed flying level while 1 broke right. I leveled out for abit by this time I was close one 51 went vert the other went left. So I thought it would be better to keep me E and blow through and grab.
I called for my squaddie but he had to log. After some intense posturing and dancing I slowly worked back ovr 59 (or maybe ran.... :))
Soon Mathman joined the fray as well as Grunherz but the fight went on for a bit.
A 51 had gotten on my 6 at d600 and forced me into a series of manuvers where I ended up on the deck. I avoided all his shots but ofcourse I was then in the middle of the furball lo at 59 and took hits to my eng. It was knocked out by a niki. I attempted to ditch but as I touched down another niki "gijoe" killed me.
Anyway was great fun S! 13 tas.........
btw voss the chech 6 call was well tested :)

Hiya Wotan, I watched ya overshoot the runway.
