Title: Installing skins issue

I wanted to post this here for some more eyes, this fellow is having issues installing Skins:

He has the Steam version so I am not sure if the process is any different. In that thread he says he downloaded the .res files and put them in the skins folder. Is he missing anything??

Looks like he has since got it working via downloading the skins packs instead of individual skins.
