Gentlemen,
The Friday night and Saturday Snapshots titled "Yamamoto" are May 25th and 26th. They will take place at 10 PM Eastern Time and on Saturday at 3 PM Eastern Time. CM's are cobra and hblair.
The Check 6! event this Sunday, May 27th is titled "British Show". It will be at the usual time of 3 PM Eastern Time. CM and write up is by Busc.
Background:
Summer 1942, RAF is still standing virtually alone against the Luftwafe in the Western theater, but it is not only defensive battles.
The 616 was a formidable fighter squadron, with pilots such as Johnnie Johnson, but on the other side were equally outstanding aces, like Adolf Galland and the "Abbeville boys" who were ready to welcome the intruders.
Order of battle:
RAF: 60% spitV and Lancaster
LW: 40% 109F, 109G2 and Ju-88
