Coogan, I understand you wanting to get hooked up on the 1 year deal, to save money ( lowers the monthly subscription costs a pretty good bit! )
I am sure HiTech will get to you as soon as he can, however he did post the following reply a lil less than a week ago:
I'm having knee scoped Monday so call Tuesday.
and HiTech has only made 3 posts/replies total since he posted that about going in for a knee arthroscopy/knee surgery.....
1early morning the day he was scheduled to get his knee worked on..... 1 more a few days after the knee work (again early morning) and a 3rd post/reply today roughly mid afternoon......
I'm sure he will get to you, but it might be easier if you just called HiTech ( Dale ) and asking to switch you over to the pay for a Year in Advance to get the discounted subscription price...
Hope This helps,
TC

Do you feel confident the game is even going to be here in a year?

Have you tried calling the office?

Have you tried calling the office?
I emailed them on October 5th. I wasn't trying to get ahold of Dale personally. I figured someone in the office would have responded.

The last time I called the office, Dale picked up. Guess it depends on how soon you need and answer. :salute

Has it ever occurred to you that a) they've never got your mail because of being automatically filtered as junk? or b) they've got your mail and answered but the answer has been filtered as junk? The ISP's can be squeakes at times.

I've had the same ISP for over 10 years and have never had an issue with any email correspondence with HTC.

Never had doesn't mean you won't ever have and most likely the potential issues aren't your fault. I've had the same ISP on and off for 20 years and only during the last couple of years they've started to put legit mail to junk. They even marked one of their bills as spam which tells something about how the filtering algorithms work. Another option is that some IP addresses of your ISP have been blacklisted for abuse and you were using one of those when you mailed HTC. Again, the blacklisting may have been done automatically without anyone giving a thought to the fact that the IP addresses are on lease for a certain time only. That has happened to several fellow AH'ers during the years.
