Title: Steam Help: Account Deleted - was able to undelete - billing issue?

I play  with Steam to start and pay for Aces High.

Today I tried playing and it said my account was deleted. By going into Account Admin in the AH Main Menu/Home screen I was able to "undelete" account - but now I see that my account has that "Your account currently has a negative balance. To Prevent interruption of service, please deposit funds in your steam account" message when I start to play online. I have Steam linked with PayPal and current $29.50 in steam balance (obviously more than the 15 a month AH costs), and have had that 29.50 amount for weeks now, since I last added money was like $100 to buy a few games in like September.

Has the Steam way of subscribing not been working? Maybe I haven't been paying for a month or so?
