Title: Perk Point Purchases during ENY

Since we have some that can't participate in anything other than late war rides how about we use those perk points during high eny situations. Nonrefundable perk point purchase for equipment, you want a P51 then you can use 200-300 perks to buy your Pony. Regardless if you land or not those points are gone. Some people say they have more points than they know what to do with and this shouldn't hurt since this is primarily the same group moaning about eny.

HTC could sell perks for those willing to buy for categories they don't acquire much in during regular play.

Players should be able to sell theirs to other players too or use them to pay monythly fees since they would then have a $$ value.

how about if everybody gets charged 200 perks to fly their favorite ride?

I heard you can sell perk points for AH bucks that can in turn be used in AH town tavern or house of ill repute.
