Doesn’t matter if it’s range or channel vox. Instant crash. Any ideas?

A wild guess: Nvidia HDMI audio is interfering with the audio you're using. Uninstall the drivers and disable in the Device Manager if you don't use it.

FWIW, i finally figured it out. It was actually the audio jack to usb adapter i was using. Got a new usb adapter and no issues. Logitec gaming headset is what i use, incase someone in the future has the same issue.

Question: I was have the same issue, My old Mic cord was bad so i got a new USB desk Mic (podcast style). I plugged in and it loaded software and at first was real scratchy but now will crash game when I hit Vox. Do I need usb to audio Jack to use?
I must have had issue with connection, works now but very scratchy, not clear, may have to try a different mic
What types of Mics do you guys use? head sets? I like the desk mic myself.

Make sure your default output device is the new mic you have plugged in. Also my issue was the audio jack to USB, it sounds like yours in the opposite? usb to audio jack?

I just plugged in to a usb port and had to try different ports to get it to work. I may have a bad Mic, taking it back because I tried Mic test online and it was scratchy just like in game.
