Title: 312 Squadron Spitfire Mk IX

This D Day striped Spitfire Mk IX flew with 312 Squadron during June 1944. 312 Squadron's pilots were mostly former Czech Air Force pilots, who after escaping the Nazi invasion of their country flew with the RAF from 1940 until the end of the war.
