Title: Back after a long time and need some video card advice.

Getting back into flying again,... hopefully. My old hand made gaming PC got touched in a lightning strike. For now I am kinda stuck on an several year old Dell Inspiron using Windows 10. Trust me,.. this stock PC will not pull this weight without upgrades. I think I am OK on memory, but def, need to update the video card,... so that's my first question.

What is the best/affordable video card that will help me cruse the game now days?

Assuming your monitor is a 1080p @60 Hz a used GTX 970 or GTX 1060 should do the job well with default settings. A GTX 1660 would be even faster.
