Title: Frame rate counter

I recall that there was a frame rate readout in the upper right corner of my screen.  Now it's gone.  Is there a way to get it back?

If you just had framerate in the corner it may have been Fraps.

There is a frame rate counter that can be enabled through steam also. Upper left in green.
