Title: Spawn Area SIze

Does anyone know the size of a vehicle spawn area.  I assume it is a circle, but what's the diameter in meters or yards, if known.

What is the center point for the radius, is it the tip of the spawn arrow?

 I would assume it is but do not know for sure.

By the way, we have another KOTH this Saturday if you want to give it a try after getting situated for the last month.
