What I would like to know if there is a method to log/track or observe Controllers movements. I often find myself with a "don't move your controls too fast" message. I filmed a few flights when this occurred, and I couldn't discern which movements were causing this error. I think its small movements I'm applying without noticing, but which control and how much. I'd like to find a threshold to minimize this, but I could just be a shameful schtick stirrer with no hope. In advanced control settings, I see no spiking of HOTAS. The last time this happened, I was in a slow counter yaw turn to right tracking for a shot. Next thing I know my controls lock and down I go. Frustrating at least.

I know you can bring up control movements in "prefs/flight/control" but I dont know if they show up in the film viewer.
