Every time I key up my mic in game it discos me to desktop.
My settings were changed when I went to investigate.
Any idea's?

If I use the joystick button it discoes me
If I use the T key it discoes me
If I go to an isolated base and use range mic nothing happens
as soon as I go to a populated area it discoes me either on global or range vox.

Settings were changed? Which ones? Are you playing in VR? If so, do you use an audio switcher? I've found that after updates my audio devices get switched around. I can see where that might be a conflict but it's usually a case of not hearing anything or not being heard, not crashing the game! Check on your sound settings in windows and what's supposed to be active is and are working. Then make sure when you get back to AH things are set how you want in sound settings there. Then try the command .resetv. That will reset your voice in game. Hope that works. The crashing is odd.

No windows update, no VR. My mic selection was set to a loop which was causing the problem.
I never changed my settings though.

A couple of things, sorry about the basic questions.
info that would be helpful please:
Version of windows. Examples, Windows 10 1909, Windows 10 20H2, etc.
what is your audio and microphone set up? Are you using bluetooth, a usb headset, etc. And, what devices are using those connections to bluetooth and usb?
