Title: BBS forum slow to load or times out

The past few days the forum has been really slow to load, which eventually leads to it timing out. Safari gives me the the message “cannot load page because server has timed out.”

It’s not every time I click on a link in the forum, but considerably more than I’ve ever seen (with the exception being when servers have been down.)

Anyone else having trouble loading BBS links or getting to the forum?

Going to HTC website or any other website with no issues at all.

Yep.  Was an hour before I was finally able to see forum.  :noid

Aces High message boards still acting up...

Been getting timed outs galore along with other messages such as

Connection Problems
Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later.

My SQLserver has gone away

Just to name a few... it has been like this since around 10:00 AM EDT,  yesterday morning (Saturday)

Firefox w/HTTPS Everywhere times out establishing secure connection frequently lately.

Well whatever it was it seems to be fixed. Maybe HT fixed it or the ISP in TX is better now after the winter storm damage

Usually a sign of a high MTU and packet fragmentation.
