The Aces High Wiki pages have info on the GVs. There isnt a comparison list, but you can make your own by checking each one at a time.

Tiger 1 and 2, 25 mph
Panzer F, H. and Wirbs 25 mph
Ostie  25 mph and that funny German troop carrier (251) about 28 mph
Panther 29 mph
Both M-4’s 26 mph
Sherman Firefly tops out 20 mph ( yawn )
M-3 and M-18  53 mph
T-34/76 34  mph
T-34/85 32  mph
If you want to know the speed of the M-8, the keys are under the palate in the hangar.

I have got it up to 63 mph, but it mostly goes 62 mph ( the most chased gv in AH )  :D

I did that too.  Oh boy...  Good thing trees only stop you, otherwise there'd been Tiger parts scattered down the kill.  :noid

On rough ground you would be happy to go half of the max speed - being thrown around in a tank is most unpleasant, and sometimes right rangerous.
I tried to close the commanders hatch when we drove over uneven terrain in summertime, of course we bounced and the hatch almost gilliotined my fingers, and at the same time my gunner broke his nose on something, we probably did about 30kmh, both of us ended up in the hospital.
Max speed of my tank type was close to 70km/h (on paved road)

Deep snow was wonderful to drive in, until you found a snowcovered ditch, where you had to shovel yourself out - or another tank tow you out of it.

all the tanks in AH ran around like they are on a flat interstate highway....... just like a arcade game.

Take the M4 Sherman, depending upon the variant, had speeds around...

Max road speed          25.2
Average road speed      22.4
Cross Country Speed      11.6

Not quit, the T34 climbs steep hills like a tortoise, or if you run into some of that "dragon skin" rocky terrain.

I noticed this too, when a spawn has a large climb or rocky terrain I go for the Sherman as the distance can be covered much shorter with the much faster climb speed.

  :aok

The t34 will climb steep hills in reverse, better than forward.

Here lately, at least in the last 6 months, my HVAP rounds don't have the same effectiveness they used to have. Of course that is a pretty subjective statement, lol. Shot a T34/85 yesterday at 800 yds. 4 times, frontal area, then he kills me on his second shot. OH well some days are good some days are bad.  :bolt:

There is a way to fix that.
Practice offline. Set up drones at a field then shoot them.
HiTech did a great job with the damage model. You can improve your
aim at the same time as you find those soft spots.
When my M-8 cannot kill anything….I shoot the drones.  :D

And shoot them going full speed. You will notice all gv’s take a small dip, learn to time it so , as Vinkman says “your shot counts.”   :D

when in you're gun the speed is listed on left side of sight
