I have a serious complaint. If I were to type a swear word in the text buffer I get a warning. Tonight I reported a few individuals for swearing and they just kept it up. Now are the moderators sleeping or just playing favorites? Now granted if I swore more than once I would get muted but not these individuals. I believe that the logs should be checked and appropiate action taken.

There are not always mods on. Some words trigger a warning automatically. Reporting a player give Hitech the info he needs to find the conversation. Next using the squelch feature turns off the offending player to you at least.

Pops, you did the correct thing by right clicking on their gameid on the roster and reporting vox (or reporting chat)
I have found that if a Moderator is online in the game, the hardest thing for them to catch most likely is those on range vox cussing up a storm, simply because there is no Moderator flying in the same area/ range
This is why the AH community/ players have a way to reporting such things....
It is very annoying to be flying/ dogfighting and some fool is throwing out a GD or F or MF , etc....every other word over range vox...yes, squelch works, but is not easy to do when in a dogfight and you have to make the decision to keep your eyes/ SA on the fight or switch up and try to see who is being so vulgar on range vox...
Hope this helps
