Greebo the work you did on the default has to be seen to be believed. I tip my hat at the amazing job. It definitely helped in innumerable ways. The parts for the landing gear alone must have taken forever to find on the blank map. :salute

Correct. There is some dispute over whether or not the nose cap is blue or just a different metal shade. For now I’m leaving it metal. My previous iteration of this skin with the old shape had it blue. (At a minimum we have the white stripe, light natural metal, and something else.)

It has been said the intent was to mimic droop snoot P-38s which had a glass bombardier nose. Whether this was to entice an attack on an "unarmed" plane or help the droops blend in I do not know.
