Title: uploading MOTD text files doesnt work

hitech, got any idea why uploading a Motd text file in the AVA is an issue. i dont have the problem, but shipper does. just wondering if you had any idea's. he got a new win10 machine. it should just be straight forward right? max 8 characters.TXT?

Did shppr make sure that the text file is not checked to be "read only"?

he creates brand new txt files with notepad and they wont upload. no they're not read only.

Has he ever been able to upload them?
Try having him upload one you know works or has been uploaded before.
If it doesn’t and I kind of assume it won’t we know it on his end.

sorry guys, problem solved. he had 2 installs on his machine for Aces high, but when he went to load the motd, it was from the one that had no MOTD files. i removed the unused copy and gave him a bunch of my MOTD files, and we tested them out and it worked flawlessly. thanks for the help everyone.
