I found flying near the ground is easier, VR gives me better spatial awareness.

If the trees are a certain type you can fly completely under them..

I was able to fly through hangars using a monitor but with vr that is much easier and I am now able to fly through some of the bridges in the towns

The deflection shooting improved dramatically as well

Spotting planes from extreme distance is much better

Feel much more like you actually are in the the airplane.

I generally feel like it is easier  to stay on enemy's 6 when in a fight; it feels  easier to pick up their maneuvers sooner.

With the increased depth perception I found CV landings are more precise.
