Title: Do updates to skins go through approval process?

I've forgotten.  I did an update to my 452nd BG B-17 to extend the green drab on the full front of the engine cowl rings.   Does it go to through the approval process again, like a new skin would?

No. It's assumed that the skin meets all normal standards.
