Title: Winter Storm Izzy
Post by: SIM on January 15, 2022, 04:14:23 PM
This looks to be a big storm for the Carolinas. Ice, then snow, then more ice.

Gonna be a LONG week.....

Stay safe folks!

We are forecast to get 10 to 12 inches of snow up here in NE Ohio.  After the storm passes we are then going to receive a few more inches of Lake effect snow.  We live in the great lakes snowbelt.

Just another winter day for us.  Nothing really new and nothing we can't handle.  We've driven in this stuff forever.

I'll keep my eye on the weather channel so that I can see clips of those living down south who get some snow and ice.  Bumper cars!  Great cheap form of entertainment for us up north.  :aok

We get LES here as well. It’s hard to heat the time a band of that hovered over us and deposited 70”.
Didn’t feel like we were trapped.

We got some overnight in Orchard Park. Not quite a foot.
Saw the neighbor snow-blowing our driveway. Good to have them!!
But now I have nothing to do :headscratch:
