Yes, I can skin that one for you. It was apparently flown by a Lt. Broe of the 493rd Fighter Squadron during 1945.
I want to finish an FSO skin and my T-34/85 skin first though so it may be a few weeks until I get round to it.

I think "Nellie B" would be the more likely choice for a 48th FG skin as there is no close up of the "Wonderful Winnie" art work and the profile does not seem to match the fuzzy photo in this respect.
