Great event and thanks to all who attended. Logs are up and round by round results in a day or three.
Congratulations and -{S}- to tdgShane for the victory.
A few new faces and they seemed to enjoy it. Hope you return next month.

So now Eagler and tdgShsne will need four round wins for a KOTH victory.
I am leaning towards just one additional win needed for KOTH winners unless they get another level, say 5 KOTH wins gets you 5 round wins to win the event.

This event showed that ‘the more the merrier’ concept works for KOTH in my opinion.
It had me thinking if we might need a bigger circle.

I think the one extra round might be enough fuzeman especially if we can keep the crowd at that number

Well I enjoyed the few rounds I did fly. A few new guys needed help and when I was flying it just got to where running the event hurt my flying and my flying hurt running the event.
Generally in that situation the event wins.
I have to fire up the desktop rig and post the results.

February's KOTH was a pretty good one in this biased host's opinion and felt more KOTHy than the last few events, again IMO. We flew for 2 hours and 10 minutes and had 9 rounds. We had at most 13 folks in the air and I even made the first few rounds which I enjoyed but hosting called. We ended up with a trio of wabbits and tdgShane had the sharpest teeth.
Congratulations and -{S}- to tdgShane for the victory!!! The La-7 was chosen for May's first chariot of battle.
Round by round results:
1} Sawzaw in a Bf 109G-2
2} trogdor in a C.202
3} trogdor in a Spitfire MK. XIV {Wabbit}
4} Eagler in a Bf 110G-2
5} Lazer in a Bf 109F-4
6} tdgShane in a P-38J
7} Sawzaw in a P-40C {Wabbit}
8} tdgShane in a Bf 109K-4 {Wabbit}
9} tdgShane wins in a Ki-84-Ia
tdgShane, trogdor, Sawzaw, and Lazer all earn reservations to the TOC.
We also have a attendance slot that I'll have to update. If you missed January you can still get this one as one absence wont eliminate your chances.these
Top killers were Lazer-14, tdgShane and StepSis -11, Sawzaw-10, trogdor-9. Lazer gets a TOC reservation having the most kills.

I want to join next month
All you have to do is show up, no registration or anything like that. Timing is the question over there as EuroKOTH died a while back.
If a rule refresher is needed read the top or show up early for current Arena Message.
As a host I'd love to see you :airplane:
Players I assume would. enjoy shooting you down also. :neener:
But most importantly you would :joystick: :airplane: :neener: :ahand a few others also and end up with a :D :aok
