Title: I am Retiring

My introduction to HiTech Creations was in 2018, War Online Pacific.. I didnt even know Aces High existed yet. I met DubDubz in WOP and he introduced me into Aces High.. I was SAAM I AM back then.. Instantly hooked. I remember Lazz telling me "welcome to your new addiction" I was a rook back then and after a couple months while flying with DubDubz he said to me "Dang SAAM, they're talkin mad trash on you in 200.. I said 200? What is 200? He told me forget it but I didnt, I couldnt. I bugged him for 2 days until he taught me what 200 was and how to use it. He warned me to stay away from 200 but I didnt. I wish I had. 200 is a Toxicicity breeding ground and has eaten away at the fabric of my charachter far too long. I fly with the Avengers now and am proud to do so with these fine fine gents. I realized that any shadow cast on me as a result of my activity on 200 could become a stain on the squad I represent and the men I fly with. Thats something I care not to do. My squadies should be as proud to fly with me as I am to fly with them. So in keeping with the highest moral standard, I hereby announce my retirment from the toxic dump known as Channel 200. I'll be set to 122 and knights. My humblest apologies to the Avengers for any negativity I may have cast upon the Avengers from any rants on 200. Bish, Rooks, Sorry, But I will no longer be calling out any shady play or anything at all other than /.S pilots name.

dude I argue with my squad on 200 then joke with them on squad chanel. not once have they ever told me I'm soiling their name. glad to fly with them and argue with them on 200.
I'm constantly argue with other players too, but I would love nothing but to sit and have a beer if only they loved closer. never take anything personally. most guys around know that, tomorrow is a new day.

I have times when i sully my squads name.... I give myself a good telling off...sometimes a clip around the head and carry on... 200 is great fun if you can keep your business... keep out of others peoples purse fights and enjoy the entertainment... got clipped by a purse once... learned my lesson... still have the scar

200 Chatter is just that, chatter no one takes any of it seriously, or it they do, it is wasted time. I am glad to understand your NOT leaving AH3. While I'm not sure if we have met in the air or on the ground, I would hate to see a good player leave. We each bring different features to the game, what is good for me may not be good for someone else, however it IS MY $14.99, so there you have it. :salute

Actually Ack Ack, Its only comments like yours that quite honestly made me retire from the 200 channel. If calling you out for running 3 sectors away only to turn and fight me if you reached your base and could ack hug or after deciding to let you live and rtb you turn and shoot me in the back.. Then I'll take being called a crap talker. Heres the thing about me, SAAM I AM Ack Ack.. If old players like you didnt "game the system" by exploiting its weaknesses to your own benefit thenI wouldnt have any reason to drop truth bombs or as you say "talking crap".
I am filterless and live by a high moral standard and am easily triggered by sweetheartbaggery.. The entire thread was pleasant and constructive until YOU chimed in with your negative SAAM bashing.. So thanks for negatizing what was otherwise a nice conversation... Maybe a good look in the mirror would give you a better idea of what toxic looks like.
You dont even fly anymore anyway ack ack, but if you do, Ill be happy to chase you across the map again after your failed pick and shoot you down whilst you ack ack hug.

Yes Star, I was lilblues first kill.. a 110 low, slow climbing out and getting 190 vulched.. WTG lil blue.. Big deal bro.. Joker was my first kill and he's been a gravy kill for me ever since. just like you. Yes, I was ranked 3rd globaly in Ace Combat from 2007 to 2010. Its where SAAM I AM was born and because of my status and history, Namco Bandai has included the SAAM I AM shoulder patch into Ace Combat 7. Liars go to hell bro. It is interesting that a search for this "shoulder patch" doesn't turn up any search results other than the legion of private made shoulder patches that were "inspired" by the various Ace Combat games.

He went through a pretty "chill" time though, hardly remember Ranting on 200, last couple of months. At least compared to others in our "I am God, why you Ho/Kill/Extend/run to base,personalities" on 200...the REGULARS I guess you could say :aok Then out of the blue, right back into it. Eh, I dont know. Then again I have had "200" turned off a bit, due to our Political Talking members. Maybe I just missed it. He isnt that bad, to fly with, when I have been on same team.

Wish some more of you 38 jocks would come back to the game... Surprisingly few flying 38s since I came back... It's kinda weird.
Used to be if you saw a 38, you were either in for a really easy kill or a heck of a fight...

I have often championed the fact that we need the towers to be more comfortable and homely. Some of us spend a lot of time in the tower and would appreciate the comforts of home.

De-tuning 200 is the best thing you can do. The other side can’t PM you and you them. As a result, if you de-tune, you avoid the smack talk altogether.

Buzz don't bail. You're already obviously introspective to realize you may have bahaved 'badly' in your eyes. The true mark of a man is realizing this and changing for the better. I strongly suggest you don't leave. I think you would regret it. i've been gone over 8 years and missed it a lot. I'm planning on being back around Sept / October myself.

I live for the smack talk on 200. Hell last night a player who I won't mention :rofl called me out for being a hopeless drunk and terrible father for sinking the bish cv off of 35 and wrecking Ng any bish/rook fur ball with my B17's :x :cheers:
You know I get it 200 can he a ruthless place but here is the thing. Over the years I survived my own emotional and mental carnage in and out of the game so for me I thrive in the chaos and utter carnage that is 200 at times. There is no community standard gentleman's code that is up to the individual player and when people's time investment gets ruined they lash out :neener:

Ah, Vietnam. When RTCs had to branch out (I'm guessing). Twas just an A school, fleet logistics and an airfield supporting three squadrons when I was there (`81 - `85 ). Now it's just a logistics facility.

I should watch 200 more often but I'm too busy trying to stay alive in the skies :lol. It's chatty but it's been part of the game going back to the beginning of online flight sims with chat feeds. It is what it is. Hope you unretire :).

We did joke about protecting the Mississippi river from Soviet subs (though we deployed to Japan and the P.I. as well as conducting 'gulf x's' - Gulf of Mexico patrols.

Jesus Christ you guys take this game too seriously.
Now, while I honestly can't wait to get back into it (I'm saving for a new rig and controllers right now), I think the first thing I'd do is mute 200.
As I recall you up, you fly, you run the risk of 'death' for one reason or another. FSO's and AVA were always my addiction anyway. At the end of the month it's $14.99. If someone is 'gaming the game' don't fall for it. Pretty simple in my book.
