So I'm using here.
noodle noodle noodle.
G- F--- Y--- S--- Auto M-------

Noodle means male member.
-
Yet another word that has multiple meanings. My daughter loves to eat noodles. But not wieners as she's a vegetarian.
The last occasion where I saw noodle being written it was a verb, meaning to play meaningless runs on a guitar.
There's still clubs for male members only. :old:
-
So admitting you were using "noodle" as a replacement word to skirt the "offencive" word on the list, means you were using an "offencive" word any way right? So ya you got muted. I dont see a problem here.

Goes way back. Noodling is a physical form of doodling. Last time I saw it was in the 90s, though.

What about using the correct term for an offensive term. Is it acceptable to tell someone to 'go intercourse yourself'?

Must be a merikan thing. If your members looks like a noodle I'd recommend you see a doctor.

Is it OK to use noodle?
-
I used the word pen(i)s
which got me muted. then typed it here and Hitech edited my post and substituted “noodle”.
So now everyone is confused.
Penice.

I'm surprised no one has said that noodling is catching catfish by hand.
-
<~~~~ Counts Noodle! :bolt:
-
I hope we do not get muted for using the word Counts.
:D

I doubt the auto mute would open on this, but if your trying to "skirt the letter of the law" as it were, yes, its mutable too. You KNOW what your trying to do so its as offencable as the real thing.
Be a man and articulate your feelings without any fugarity, or is that too hard for some of these people.
P.S. I didnt mean you directly Decoy.

Real men swear. unless you think Gen Patton wasn’t a real man

swearing and cuss words are allowed as long as it's not excessive. Just look at mixer as a prime example :rofl
The "sex" words have always been off limits that's never gonna change.
Believe it or not there are young kids playing this game. Tyke/Ceevee has a very intelligent 10 year old who plays on a somewhat regular basis. Still need to keep the language within the confines of decent.

Still not as good as my "sack of Cheese-its" mute :rofl

You are right about that. When I was in school, one of my duties at the frat was to write the weekly insert for the college newspaper. Because the school got a lot of its support from the Presbyterian Church, admin did not want us to say that we had cold beer on tap every weekend. I used every possible way to 'say it without saying it' I could think of. I spent so much time in the dean of students' office that when it came time to redecorate, he called him in for a consult.
No matter what the type, the members of any community need to abide by the social contract, that the members won't engage in offensive behavior. When that fails, laws go into effect, or in this case, people get muted. Once I was muted in a forum for mentioning that my oldest daughter (back in 2004) had finally gotten licensed as a therapist. The 'filter monster' saw my comment as 'the rapist' and bumped me.

I am no muso but I have never heard the word noodle to describe a bit of music till today... and a the host described the piece we were about to listen too as a lot of noodling with an array of instruments....
funny how things work....
hmmm perhaps it is more I never paid or noticed the word being used in the past as I had no idea it existed as a description of music before this thread....

Everybody knows what it means when you get muted and you just have to post about it on the forum. Everybody. Deaf, dumb, and blind people know what it means. It's not a mystery.
