Title: Carrier Task Group Locked Out

Right now C32 on Rooks is locked up.   The player who was controlling it logged off and now nobody can touch it.   This is a common error.   Can you look into this?

I just posted about this Vraciu...currently we are on the SMPIZZA map and the cv in question is CV8 right now. AKCaine is the last to have control of it and he is now a knight. His name is no longer attached as having control of it and nobody can move it anywhere. I have seen this happen a couple of times now and each time that i know of AKCaine was the person in control. So he definitely knows how to work this flaw and exploit it...im not sure if anyone else knows.
