I had gotten hooked on a burger from a local Korean Fusion restaurant. It had stir-fried kimchi and a fried egg on top of a burger. Sound weird, but dang they were good. I hadn't been there since before the pandemic. Hope their still open.

my wife used to make burgers with diced onions, Cummings and blue cheese.

How do you boil yours?

Well I prefer them slow smoked on my grill until about medium rare. If I'm feeling crazy I put two patties together, 'cup' them and put the cheese in the middle but, honestly, as little as I eat even 1/4 lb is overkill for me. I season the beef with some McCormick overnight then when a side is done I lightly glaze with A1.
For toppings I prefer
2 to 3 pickles
a light sprinkle of grilled onions
lettuce
and some of my garden tomatoes.
and hell yes mayo.
If I'm really REALLY getting crazy I make my own sweet buns the day before. Think a kolache wrap but a hamburger bun.

I love those old fashioned hamburgers you get at those older burger shacks. A nice Juicy cheesy burger with cheddar or American cheese on top, a good bun, Applewood thick smoke bacon, onions, lettus. BBQ sauce or ketchup. I'm simple but It all comes down to the patty for me though.

Have heard beef in general will sky rocket in the near future due to cattle being slaughtered now prematurely as it is to expensive to feed them..the cost to raise them is more than they can get for them
