Title: FSO First
Post by: RichardDarkwood on August 06, 2022, 06:28:08 PM
Right as my group makes it to the target a lone La-5 with its engine shot out fly's right in front of my group as we are about to wreck A135. I creep up within 200 yards to finish the La-5 off and my squaddie shoots my wing off.

I was killed in hour two last night by a 110 HOing the Yak I was chasing. But I was pilot wounded and wasn't going to make it back safely anyway, so we denied the Allies a kill.  :aok

I have noticed this is the go-to move for anyone in the Bf-110-G2. Sad really

Well, I think the Yak was also trying to get the 110 before he died to me. I didn't really see the 110  fly for the HO until the Yak was already towards it.

It's a valid choice, 110s have an excellent centerline gun package making them ideal for a HO. Yak 9Ts as well, the 37mm makes 109s go poof, as Devil found out in the first hour ;)
