I've noticed that a lot of people are complaining to the moderators to do even more moderating. Were you guys all hall-monitors in school, or is this what happens when blueballs spreads to the cranium?

I just don't involve myself in childish drama. Somebody wants to be an bellybutton they'll get bored eventually and leave. Never understood the dynamic of drama on a forum. Don't like someone? Don't read their posts, block them, and move on.
I'm pretty much the same guy in real life I am here. I always want to be pleasant and am always willing to listen, politely, to a view that opposes my own. In doing so I've learned much.
I'm much more concerned with being polite and respectful than I am with being 'right'. I can always think 'well that's your opinion but I disagree and your argument hasn't swayed me' and end the conversation. Why pick battles especially online?

I need to watch that movie again there are so many funny things in that movie. You know John goodman, I really never liked him before but in that movie he was just the best person you could possibly imagine for that role.

When The Dude and Walter go to the kid's house and Arthur Digby Sellers - writer of Branded - is in that iron lung. That whole scene is totally great.
I love how Walter is so star struck to be in his presence and the guy is on display in the back of the living room.
"And a good day to you, sir!" - how John Goodman bellows that out. LOL.
And Walters voice is breaking up as he tells Arthur Digby Sellers how much Branded meant to him - just so funny and great acting
"does he still.... write?" "oh no, he has health problems" hahahaha
That whole scene all the way through is so well done and funny.
