Let's say your country has been issued two boats. You don't own 20% of either country. When is it a good time to strip a front oh it's CV and send it to the other front? Leaving one side without a boat? :neener: :neener:

Exactly. Because sending it all the way over to the other front Is just assured to get it sunk with the other one.
