Whoever is out there, I used to play AH for years, but moved on about eight years ago or so. Kids are older now and I'd like to get back into it, but no matter what I do, I cannot log into AH now. It remembers my email address, so I can't start a new account but either way it won't send me an email to confirm anything or re-up.
Any ideas? Over the years, I went by varying names like (I think) WobblinGoblin, Woblin69, etc.

Call Hitech, he'll sort out your account for you. (817) 431 - 8840
-
Already called...no answer...left a message.
-
Did youcheck your spam or junk folder? Maybe the email went there?
-
Yep. Been checking there (spam) too. Zippo.
-
I tried using my regular (known to Hitech) email address to get a new password. The site said an email was sent with a code to change the PW. Nope. No email received.
Then I tried using a new email address to start up a new account. Same thing: "an email will be sent to this address." Nope. Nothing yet again.
No one returned my call from last week. Left another message this morning.
Maybe numbers are down partly because there are other people who can't sign up and eventually give up because it's too much of a hassle? I'm at a loss here.

Something is wrong.
I just tried creating a new account, and same thing, no email is sent.
Not sure how you can resolve the issue if you can't contact HTC.
:salute

Found this in anoterh thread. Somewhere a phone number is given that apparently is Dale's cell phone - maybe this one is it...
-
Yes, as I said, I called that number last week and nobody picked up, so I left a voice message. Nobody called me back, so I called that number again today and left another message.
What's left? Carrier pigeons?

Wobblin, what time of day did you try calling? HTC is in Texas which is central time zone. Try calling between 9 am- 3 pm Texas time, and see if you get an answer. I know Max said he was able to contact HTC a week or two ago at the number listed.
:salute

Yep, I was aware of the time difference, so both calls were made after 9am Texas time. This kind of stinks. Aces High is easily my favorite game I've ever played (I loved forming small teams to take bases), but there's no way to sign up.
-
Id fire off an email too just to cover the bases. A message direct the Hitech here on the boards might be an idea to try as well.
-
I'm in.
Finally got through via telephone.
-
Welcome back!

Great news. :aok

Go figure...same thing again. :bhead
