Title: Coming back into the fold

I resubscribed last month. I pooped on for one night, but lacking a config for my Warthog made it pretty useless. Once I have time to get a config working that doesn’t fight my long dormant, but apparently still existent, muscle memory I’ll be back on.

I started playing Ace's High before it had clouds or bombers and I stopped playing shortly after I got married in 2003. Just got divorced so I figured what the hell the nag is gone so I bought a new PC and downloaded AH last night. Still waiting on a joystick from Amazon because I'm too much of cheap bastard to pay for next day.
I seem to remember my old handle was Professor Fate (from one of my favorite movies) might have had another before that. I wasn't all that great but damn I sure had fun playing
Anyway, hope to see y'all in the flight sim soon.

I'm also coming back in the new year. My VR headset conked out and flying non-VR is well... not great. So, I bought my youngest a Quest 2 and now I inherit his Quest 1. :D
Conveniently I'll just use his old one... :x

Now you see, this is why everyone thinks Canadians are so nice. The more effective approach: "Son, you've impressed me so much with your Quest that I'm going to buy one for myself." No need to talk about 1s and 2s. Son remains happy, father becomes even happier. Problem solved!
