Hi, this isn't strictly AH related, but I believe you would be interested in this:

Our WB squadron hosted a meeting in last weekend, and we had most of the WW2 Air Force veteran population of the large finnish town as our guests.
It was especially cool to have a WW2 Junkers 88 bomber pilot flying WB Ju-88 online, and having bunch of other pilots flying into formation and greeting him. He also took online types of 109 G-6, which he was later trained on and had 200 flight hours in it.
We will write a report later.

Addition ->
Hehe, Korva/ICE called mr. Estama, the Blenheim/Ju-88 pilot, next day and I'll quote :
"It is really great how you remember us old people and took us as guests. Great thanks to Pekka (Neck/ICE) and the other people. The drinks were good and sauna did a lot of good. But in the morning when I woke up from my own bed and went to toilet I found my underwear's zipper was in the rear."
And he gave a good laugh at that ;-)
As always in the Finnish meetings we had had the sauna heated, and as mr. Estama had enjoyed staying with us so well we also had offered him to go to sauna with us, which he accepted. After all the continuous drinks service he seemingly had had some problems putting the clothes on back again ;-)
He had stayed in our meeting whoppin nine hours which must be considered a compliment ;-)
Great men, great men...
And in about one week, we will be serving dinner for mr. Olli Sarantola, here in Tampere. He served in Fighter Squadron 26 & 30, IIRC. He will be very special person. He flew both the Brewster and 109 G-6, and is very loveable person. He has already promised to answer all the questions he can somehow remember the answers to. The most exciting thing of his experiences, that I beforehand know, are his visits into the wartime Germany fetching new aircraft - and how he was trained into a night fighter pilot, for Wilde Sau tactics to hunt Soviet night bombers in a 109.

Some of the guests of the day. I think the guy on the left is "normal guest", but then the guy in the back is Esko Tervo (gunner/radio operator, Dornier Do 17s), Tapani Elo (gunner/radio operator, sub hunter in SB-2s) and Eino Estama, mentioned above.

And this is something for you guys, really.
Eino Estama taking types of WarBirds online, 109 G-6. While he was a Blenheim/Ju-88 bomber pilot during the war he was also trained to 109s, and has over 200 hours in 109s. He has great diversity of plane types, some other types he had were at least SB-2 (soviet bomber) and I-153 (soviet biplane fighter).
