Its simply the best Bf109 book ever written.

Other than that you are wasting your money.  :)

Deafeat in the West is nice too, its part of a series of LW picture books. This has nice pics of many LW planes, there are even a few pages of nearly perfect color photos. Beware some of the captions are a bit incorrect in these books but that doesnt detract from the value of the photos.

yeah! cool

i have a few others in the series - the 109 one, the blitzkrieg one and the 'birth of the butcher bird'

edit: the book i'm talking about in this paragraph below is "bf109 vol 2" by fritz xobel and jakob mathmann" the luftwaffe at war books are ok except what grun said about the captions

the text is near incomprehensible and doesn't really follow any logic, i mean sometimes they just put unit details or something but the pix make it worth it

ok i got it!

if you order this book (109f/g/k an illustrated study as mentioned above) go ahead and get your hopes up, you wont be let down.  ;)

yeah itll be a while though - i only have internet access at work. at home i cant get websites but i can get aces high somehow...go figure

i need to reformat and reisntall windows but i wont forget -  :)
