Title: I don't know if AH is still alive - but if you want makeahmap work take care

Looks like SRTM30 is gone.

Without GTOPO and SRTM30 - there is no Finland or Murmansk.

- Try to find GTOPO or SRTM30 mirrors
- Involve HTC to make sure they mirror files.
