Here is some of my raw footage from the Combat Challenge. Unfortunately, I thought my Twitch stream was going to save it but it did not :furious... no I idea how to really work twitch yet. If, I knew what the heck I was doing, I'd condense them, ohwell.. :headscratch:
These are in order. The quick tango was some fun action so I decided to include it.
The next 2 are a bit longer but show a couple of really good sorties where I racked up some kill counts.
Make sure to click "recorded views" and "icons".
These are for the community and are welcome to be used in any film as long as you give me credit somewhere. (and send me the film for viewing pleasure) :aok

BTW, I'd highly recommend watching the first 25 min of the final 45 min. Had a really solid sortie or 2 with some good action there.

Thanks Hlywd! Will try to use twitch more. Unfortunately I thought the video was saving but I guess not. Still don't really understand how to use it. Will have to watch more how to how to vids. Hey, atleast I got it on AH films. The last 45min vid I should have renamed hah. All about the naming lol. Though the first 25 min was a great sortie If I can recall.
Man do I love those furballs. Brings me back to the old days.

I'm finishing another 9 minute movie of that event. What a great source for action shots. I managed to film the forming and following the migration of a large furball, and fights within it. I consider these days 15-20 planes a large furball. It's hard to count chickens.
Right now I'm mixing the soundtrack and attempting to align shots with music.
I could have made a 2 hour movie of this, just between Violator and my sets of films. Every second somewhere a plane is being destroyed. AGAIN a TON of great shots didn't make it, I tried to stay at 7-8 minutes, it seems to be hard for me. I don't recall anyone making a film based on a furball. This is something you only see in other games when staged..... this is not staged, it's 100% authentic online game-play.
I'm not going to go through the per-screening process on the boards, to avoid flame throwers disruption. I think I learned what the masses are looking for on the last one, this is designed around those concepts.
This is a great event, it should continue. Had great fun fighting and filming. I even managed some kills, distraction of the opposing pilot helps.:)
Glad you posted an announcement, I would not have known otherwise.
