Thank you to Lyric1 for finding me the info for this skin, which Devil requested for a future event.

The 42nd Bomb group flew bombing and low level attack missions against Japanese bases in the South West Pacific from 1943 until the end of the war. This B-25C named "Whirmaid" flew with the 42nd's 390th Bomb Squadron and featured mermaid nose art on both sides. In common with many PTO aircraft it had its rubber de-icing strips removed, although in this case areas below the strips was left bare metal. A field applied scheme of Medium Green splotches was applied to the leading and trailing edges of the flying surfaces.

What a great-looking Mitchell, Greebo.  Weathering and grime look so authentic, and the blue and medium green on the cowls look just right.
